Peer Support & Professional Interventions

Recovery is rarely a solo journey. Intervention services help families break the cycle of stagnation, while intensive outreach programs meet individuals where they are, in the community, to provide stabilization and long-term linkage to care.

What are ACT and CST?

ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) is the highest level of community support, providing 24/7 “hospital-without-walls” services. CST (Community Support Team) offers a moderate level of support focused on skill-building, advocacy, and maintaining independence in the community.
