Which service is right for me?

Community Mental Health Centers (Anixter, Josselyn, Kenneth Young, Thresholds, Trilogy) generally focus on long-term recovery, offering therapy, psychiatric care, and social services like housing and employment aid.

Intensive Programs (Compass Health Center) offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for those who need more support than traditional weekly therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
